At Commonpoint, we know that finding healthy ways to cope and recharge is essential for our mental well-being. That’s why the Mental Health Team is taking on The Challenge 2026 by creating a collective Reset Mix Playlist. Each staff member will share one or two songs that help them reset, recharge, and feel more like themselves, which we will compile into a shared playlist.
Music has a unique power to heal, uplift, and bring people together. To broaden this sense of connection and community, we are also inviting song suggestions from our clients. By sharing the soundtracks that get us through the day, our team wants to remind everyone that whether you are hitting play on a favorite song or reaching out for professional support, you never have to navigate life's ups and downs alone.
