We will celebrate our local small businesses and showcase the entrepreneurship, flavors, and diversity of our community with incredible products and foods while raising much-needed funds to support our critical programs and services.

Vendor Information

  • Register as a vendor and pay your $25 vendor fee.*
  • Registered vendors receive one 6' table and two chairs. Additional tables are available at $10 each. 
  • Vendors are responsible for collecting all payments. 
  • 15% of the total gross revenue collected for merchandise sold, including advance orders or orders to be delivered at a later time or day, is to be donated to Commonpoint Queens. Commonpoint Queens’ share of revenue must be paid at the end of the event day either by cash or check.
  • Vendors will donate a raffle prize to Commonpoint Queens with a retail value of no less than $25. Prizes must be delivered to Commonpoint Queens staff before the start of the event. Donated prizes will be part of a Pick-Your-Prize raffle. Attendees participate by putting the receipt they receive from each purchase in a basket for the prize they hope to win. We will provide you with a paper receipt to give to your customers.
  • All registered Wrap and Ribbon vendors will receive name exposure in all printed and electronic Wrap and Ribbon Holiday Marketplace marketing material leading up to and during the event. 

*Space is limited and assigned on a first-come first served basis. 

 **Registration fees must be received by Wednesday, November 27, 2023, to confirm your space.

Event Details

Check-In

  • Set-up begins at 9:00 am, prior to the Yelp Elite Squad Private Hour. Vendors who do not wish to attend the private hour must arrive by 11:30 am for set up or risk forfeiting  their table.
  • All vendors must check in and hand in their door prizes to the registration desk in the lobby before unloading. You will receive your table assignment, wifi password, and door prize receipts.
  • Volunteers are available to help load in and out.
  • Parking is available across the street (to the right of the Tanenbaum Pool) and in the parking lot to the south of the building.
  • All vendors will receive one (1) 6’ table and two chairs unless otherwise noted on your vendor agreement.

Event Details

  • Commonpoint Queens is partnering with Yelp for an exclusive private hour of shopping for their Elite Squad from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm.
  • Food and drink are not provided but you may bring your own. Vending machines are available.
  • Bathrooms are located on the first floor and can be used for trying on clothing.
  • Volunteers will be on hand to watch your table should you need to take a break.

Check-Out

  • Breakdown is not permitted before 4:00 pm.
  • Check-out will be at the registration desk in the lobby.
  • Donations of 15% of gross sales must be handed in before check-out. Payment can be made by check (made out to Commonpoint Queens), cash, or credit card (via the website which also offers Paypal or Venmo).
  • Please leave your space clean, garbage cans will be placed throughout the room.
